The Listing Hub™ is the first-ever classifieds hub to buy and sell passive/fractional real estate investments in existing real estate syndications. It’s an online advertising platform for fractional ownership in real estate syndications that are owned by passive investors who want to sell those interests or acquire similar investments.

The Listing Hub™ is a listing portal and not a broker-dealer or crowdfunding platform. We are not involved in the actual acquisition/disposition of interests.
Can I raise funds for a new syndication by listing interests on the Listing Hub™?
Yes, if you’re one of our approved sponsors, you can list individual interests for 506(c) offerings. If you’d like more info on becoming on of our approved sponsors, email us at sponsors@preishare.com.
Can non-accredited investors sell their fractional/passive interest on the Listing Hub™?
Yes, both accredited investors and non-accredited investors can sell their fractional/passive interest(s).
How do I list my property on PREIshare’s Listing Hub™?
Simply go to listinghub.preishare.com, create an account, and add a listing.
What are the fees associated with buying and/or selling on the Listing Hub™?
Currently, only $50 per month per listing.
(Additional fees may apply when assets being offered are through a Self-Directed Individual Retirement Account (SDIRA) associated with your Custodial provider.
How is the value of a property determined before listing?
The price is determined by the seller selling a/an interest(s). It’s up to the seller on how thorough to be on the analysis of a listing’s value.
Are there any restrictions for properties/interests that can be listed?
The Listing Hub™ is for fractional shares of existing real estate syndications and in some cases for equity raises by PREIshare approved sponsors.
How does PREIshare ensure the authenticity and legality of listings?
PREIshare does not regulate nor investigate or guarantee the authenticity of any listings. We are simply a classifieds platform for investors to list their fractional ownership of existing real estate syndications for sale.
What happens if there is a dispute between fractional owners of a property?
PREIshare does not give legal or financial advice or opinions. This would be a legal matter and we recommend seeking legal advice. The Listing Hub™ is a listing portal and not a broker-dealer or crowdfunding platform. We are not involved in the actual acquisition/disposition of interests.
How do I know my sponsor will allow me to sell my interest(s)?
This must be addressed directly with your sponsor. Some buyers, including the PREIshare Fund may be willing to help breach that conversation on interests they are trying to buy.
How long does a listing remain active on the Listing Hub™?
Until sold and/or seller deactivates the listing.
Is there a discount for bulk listings?

Can I share a listing with people who do not have a Listing Hub™ account so they view it?
No. It is free to sign up for an account with Listing Hub ™ to view listings.

This is great news and we can help you get in front of more potential clients on The Listing Hub ™. How do I buy a listing?
You make your offers directly to the seller of the listed asset. All negotiations are between the buyer and the seller. Please copy info@preishare.com with all correspondence which allows PREIshare to provide the sponsor with processing information.
Can non-accredited investors buy fractional/passive interest(s) on the Listing Hub™?
No, only accredited investors can buy fractional/passive interest(s). 
How do I receive returns on my investment?
You slot in to the capital stack by buying the same as the original investor.
What due diligence does PREIshare do on shares listed on the Listing Hub™?
PREIshare does not regulate nor investigate or guarantee the authenticity of any listings. We are simply a classifieds advertising platform for people to advertise their fractional ownership of existing real estate syndications.
How do I know the sponsor of a real estate syndication will approve the sale.
All sales must be approved by the sponsor. This is part of your due diligence as a buyer.
When should I send payment for shares I am wanting to buy?
We highly encourage only sending money after all due diligence is complete and all documentation is in place. These are serious matters that you should seek legal counsel before making any decisions.
Can I buy multiple fractional shares of the same property/listing?
If multiple shares are listed on the Listing Hub™, you can offer on as many as you would like.
Can PREIshare facilitate my transaction?
No, PREIshare does not facilitate, advise, or get involved in the buy or sale of shares. We are simply a classifieds advertising platform for people to advertise their fractional ownership of existing real estate syndications. All transactions must be performed by the buying and selling parties.
When will I receive the investment I purchased?
You will receive a confirmation email from the fractional interests, sponsor stating you have been added to the capital investment account and confirming your percentage of ownership.
Is it possible to make a mistake when BUYING?
Yes. These are sophisticated investments open to accredited investors only. You must do your own due diligence when buying from the Listing Hub™ including your research on the validity and ownership of the asset you are buying.
